I caught up on NaNoWriMo. Of course, I have to write another 1,667 words when I wake up in the morning, but I'm not going to let that effect my peaceful slumber. I have to say that a semblance of a plot is beginning to speak to me. I jump around a lot in my story, not writing it in order. I'm actually writing the climax of the story and I'm only 1/5 of where I need to be word count wise. I get that's kind of backwards, but I have to get the basic story down, and then I'll go back in and connect everything. About five minutes ago, my plot took a dramatic turn. Apparently, Ashton has a dark and violent side. It's a little scary. Lydia's confused, and I am too. I suppose tomorrow I shall have to finish that little bit. NaNoWriMo has ceased to be a fun, "I can do it" endeavor. It's starting to stress me out. My dad looked up at me a few minutes ago. "You looked burnt out," he says. Imagine what I'll look like at the end of the month! Yikes! I've been sick for the last few days too, bah!!
On top of NaNoWriMo, boys around my school are celebrating "No Shave November"
Ew. Normally attractive boys are starting to look sketchy and extremely repulsive. My best friend happens to be a guy, and he knows it pisses me off when he doesn't shave the horrible facial hair. He says I'll be so wiped out from writing this month that I'll stop caring. It's probably true.
Anywho, good luck writing. It's time for me to sleep a little bit.
Happy Noveling,
Savannah

Day 2 (a little late)
Hey guys! Day 2 of NaNoWriMo went smashingly! :) My plot is starting to unfold before my very eyes which makes me happy. I was talking about NaNo at lunch and I was like, "where's my plot?" And Ben was sympathizing about not having a plot, and someone says something along the lines of,
"If she has 3,000 or so words, I'm pretty sure she has a plot." That made me giggle.
Anywho, I'm really loving NaNo right now, it's getting me past my "i don't know what to write next" issue, because I really don't have a choice. Day 2 was the first day I also had school, which, let me tell you, stresses me out. I had a test in second period, so after we've finished Anna and I whip out the journals and a pen and begen writing feverishly. Then in 3rd period we were giving presentations, so I did mine, and then whipped out the notebook for the other hour and fifteen minutes. XD Then came statistics, which I really should have been giving my full attention to, but...she was going over stuff that we had already learned and quizzed on. So what did I do? You guessed it, I whipped out that journal. All of my teachers are going to start thinking that I'm turning into the perfect student. :) Of course, I already am. *wink wink*
Now to start Day 3.

Good luck to all you NaNoWriMo-ers.

November 1st
I'm officially insane, loves. I'm going to embark upon NaNoWriMo 2009 with a story currently named the Second Bond. It's subject to change titles, but still! I might be a novelist by the end of November. 1,751 words thus far, and that makes me pretty dang proud. Am I crazy? Probably. 50,000 words smack dab in the middle of my hectic life! As I type this, I'm being made aware that the "Nanolanta dare" is to use a peach somewhere in my story. Well, peach is one more word. I've been reading about noveling software, that I probably should 'aquire' from a friend, but I don't know. My computer, Hephaestus, probably couldn't handle it. I've got several friends who are as crazy as I am! Isn't that exciting?! So good luck to Asia, Lesa, Ali, Ben, Mollie Kate, Alex, Allison, Rachel, and Connor!
In another note, I've actually explained NaNoWriMo to my father! Le Gasp! I don't talk about my writing with my parents, but I figured if their daughter is trying to write a novel, at least one of them should know why I'm not speaking to anyone for the month of November!
Wish me luck!
